The Agency

While attending the University of Florida, I became involved with the College and Journalism and Communications’ full stack strategic communications agency, The Agency. I began working as a strategist supporting The Agency’s retainer with Disney Advertising. I was quickly elevated to Lead Researcher where I lead research and strategy for 3-5 client accounts simultaneously. In the summer of 2024, I was promoted to Account Manager.

As Account Manager I became the lead of The Agency’s most high profile client, Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company supporting the launch of “Career@Disney.” Beginning in August of 2024, I was asked to supervise this new account. Throughout the course of the account, I oversaw multiple work streams of strategists, data analysts, graphic designers, copy writers, and producers to create content for The Walt Disney Company’s first ever career focused HR conferences, Career@Disney 24-Hour and Career@Disney Interactive – Burbank. The creative assets I oversaw were placed in the Disney Archives, with the conference being “the most complex and highly designed employee facing conference in the history of The Walt Disney Company.”

Career@Disney is The Walt Disney Company’s internal career resource network.

I also worked as lead researcher for the University of Florida Astraeus Space Institute. The Astraeus brand was built from the ground up over the course of 2024 with the team I worked on naming the institute and creating the brand mission and essence. The Astraeus brand was given praise by NASA for its direction and excellence.
